My personal experience with the sales person was good. But the way dealerships in Florida do their business is very distasteful, in my opinion. They lowballed the price on the website and then when you call to negotiate, you find out that there are dealer add-ons that you must buy, which raises the price by 2- 3,000. Such a practice must be frowned upon and prohibited.
