The car was sold to someone else during our negotiation process.

The staff was very helpful. My salesman (Mo) is a great guy and can be fully trusted. The manager (Alex) worked his magic to make things work out for me on this purchase. However, I was a bit surprised with the so-called luxury fees as I thought they were pretty inflated. But I was still somewhat happy overall with the final sale price because I believe the overall price was fair. The finance mgr (Rance) and I butted heads to a point I got very frustrated and almost walked out. We made up and hugged in the end. I understand most experiences with dealerships can be very difficult to work with because after all, they are in business to make money. Finally, I left satisfied bc I knew I could trust them as long as I kept focused on what I wanted in the end. Overall, the experience was good enough to stay in touch with them since bought a few extras like oil changes, windshield repairs & tire, and wheel coverages. Thanks again to the whole Grubbs team. I had the best experience buying a car here. The price was $4000 below any dealership in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where I live. I flew down, signed a couple of documents, and drove off very happy. Can’t recommend this dealership enough!
