Never answered questions regarding if the vehicle had recall fixes, tread wear depth. Multiple people emailing regarding coming to see the people but none of them were able, or willing, to address my questions.

Traded in my 2016 f150 .Dealer said because Kelly blue book showed minor damage they had to reduce my trade in by 20%. They are selling my truck for full market value. Gave me 13500 for trade selling for 21988. Beware!!!!

My experience with Sheehy Volvo went from 5 stars to 0 stars in less than 1 minute. After deciding to purchase the car due to a Costco rebate of $1,250 on Certified Pre-Owned Volvos. However, after wasting another hour of our time, they said the car was not Certified Pre-Owned even though the sticker on the windshield said it was. This is false advertising at it’s finest. Then instead honoring the full discount and eating it themselves due to the false advertising, they offered $550 off and made it sound like they were doing me a favor since they are a no-haggle dealership. So, the vehicle was $700 more than I expected and NONE of this was MY fault. In one word, unacceptable. We walked away and was happy not to do business with a shady business like Sheehy Volvo.
