They contacted me after they reduced the price of the car and sold it to someone else. I contacted them by phone and text and just got a response, 10 days later. Glad business is so good for you at Pacific VW.

Price advertised was attractive. After contact, asking for out-the-door price, it was 3k more than the list price arguing pre-installed options and cannot be removed. Could have been more transparent. If they cannot be removed, the advertised price should have included these options. Period.

The staff and salespeople were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when it came time to sit down and discuss the purchase, the advertised price was misleading, and I was informed there would be an additional $3999.00 added to the sales price due to what I was told were "enhancements" the dealership added to the vehicle....
