I bought a used 2022 Toyota Tundra from Subaru Carlsbad and had a great experience. Mike was my sales guy and he made everything super easy. The truck was clean, ready to test drive, and exactly as described. Sean handled the finance side and was awesome to work with. He explained all the numbers clearly, went over warranty options without pushing anything, and finished the paperwork fast. Overall, smooth and stress-free buying experience. I’d definitely recommend Subaru Carlsbad, especially Mike in sales and Sean in finance.

Bait and Switch! Beware!!! Listed ID.4 for $16, 495, inquired and sales rep sent quote for $22,000. When I replied and asked him to adjust....He waited a few days then said he never got the email and raised the price online to $23,995....Also, he didn't know if the vehicle came with charger....Javier's (sales rep) reply: "Some of them come with a Level 1 Charger."

Great experience and didn’t change the price I was approved for. 5 stars seamless process. I love my car.

Sales person (Elanea) was very nice and knowledgeable about vehicle, maintenance and repairs. The vehicle was as described. It just wasn’t for me .
