Volkswagen dealerships near me (Minneapolis, MN)

Bobby helped us. He followed up with us and let me know the condition of the vehicle and was transparent. He made us feel the drive there was worth it and made the process easy. Although they were very busy, we felt they managed time well and got us through the process.

Salesperson Madelyn did a great job, communicated well, even went out of her way to make a short video when she knew we were coming to look at the car. We did have an issue of not having a portable charger for the car, but she was right on it and solved the issue quickly.

Called dealership, talked to a guy who told me the car was going through the shop as they just got it in. Didn’t have price on it yet. It’s been a week. No call back. No follow up.

Really great experience, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Their customer service was exceptional and they made my car buying experience truly memorable.

The salesman was helpful and nice.
