Very nice people and the salesmen Nate helped us incredibly.

After telling me this car went thru a thorough checkpoint process and evrything works fine on this vehicle, they went to get it for a test drive. After about 10 minutes noticed saleaman and 2 other employees had this car's hood up. Waited another 10 minutes then went out and told them we were leaving, this vehicle oblivously has issues. Also car was filthy dirty. Would never visit this dealership ever again.

John met us right away regarding the Durango. I test drove it and he simply asked “why not check out a newer Atlas for the same price?” He didn’t try to switch me but the Atlas was superior to the Durango I test drove. We did not have a trade in but they respected that we had young kids and moved us through everything within 2 hours.

Told me it was available. Starting selling to me even though the person I spoke to wasn’t a sales man (Christopher Kelley). Started then changing the price, changing requirements, adding fees and when I complained refused to sell to me because I didn’t want to or need to finance. Then the vehicle ‘disappeared’ but when I had a friend call it was still available. They did this twice. Not worth the time.

Not a good experience. First salesman only wanted to knock off $900 on a 2020 used Mazda CX base model with body defects on it. Vehicle was overpriced and wouldn’t budge more so there really was negotiating with them. My credit is 760 so it’s not bad and I had a 10% down. Only wanted to know what I wanted for my monthly payment ask was so that they could whatever add one they could to stretch out my loan and take the most I had for a down payment rather than talk about reducing the out the door price. Didn’t even ask us if we were interested in any other similar models in the same price range. It’s like they don’t know how to ask questions to see if there are other options to provide the customer. Very silo mentality. In the end bought a car at the BMW sister lot. Those guys are total professionals.

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team
