We had a great experience at Vanguard Volkswagen in Austin and want to recognize their team for being honest and straightforward. Before driving over an hour, I called to confirm a specific vehicle was available. Flo, the manager, said the system showed it was there but had someone physically verify. Enrique quickly called to confirm it was on the lot—huge respect for our time. Enrique took great care of us from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and never played games—especially refreshing after a recent bad dealership experience. They negotiated fairly, the process was transparent, and we were in and out in about three hours. They even cleaned the car and added gas while we waited. Highly recommend Vanguard Volkswagen—especially Enrique—for an easy, no-pressure experience.

Considering other comments about fake pricing it’s hard to believe the experience we had was an “accident”. We were so excited about the van they listed, we had cash to buy it, we were looking at flight tickets to come get it, and the car sales men was very nice and helpful, but said wait for me to check prices before we buy any tickets, and right there I’m like, great here we go again. Sure enough they posted wrong both car gurus AND their website wrong by 10k! I get accidents happen but seeing a bit of a trend in the reviews, I’m not so sure. Y’all either need to fire your inventory manager or stop posting fake prices for clickbait and be honest what it really is.
