We had a great sales man Bill was great. Great sense of humor and he made the time pass quickly. Mike the finance guy was great as well. Very friendly staff and made you feel comfortable.

The whole team was very helpful. Always a mountain of paperwork, but, the tech they use moved it along. I asked for a couple of things...and, they didn't fuss or "do the numbers". It was quite smooth. *Now that I have had the car for a couple of weeks...I have found the reason for its sale. It has a very complicated onboard computer system. You can really personalize many things. But ...it has a "fantom". I have come outside and and found all four windows down. I've had to reset the running boards a few times. The instrument panel keeps changing. It's not annoying yet, actually... because, I am learning the system well with all the practice. The window thing could have been bad with all the snow we just got, or for security purposes in a public parking lot. I will be contacting the dealership to see about firmware updates or a full system reset. But, on all...an Awesome vehicle, and a great sales team ! Best Regards, David S. R. Clark

Very disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment but when I arrived, the vehicle was not even on the lot. I was upset because nobody called to let me know. I have done business with Gervais for the past 15 years or so. I was very upset and will probably not do business with Gervais again in the future. It will take a lot for them to earn my business back again.
