Very slow Vehicle was not ready after being told it had gone through service a week prior It had not been serviced and when I brought it back 2 days later the detail department stole $30 in change which I put into vehicle, new car freshener and kids Tylenol medicine out of the center console and the vehicle still has not been serviced

This ad was nothing more than a straw ad meant to bait buyers in with an attractive price that they never intended to honor. Their business model is to recoup the "discount" on their car by lowballing your trade to make up the difference.

Was told that to reserve the vehicle, I needed to put a deposit down. Was prepared to do so. Asked how much. Didn't get back to me for 4 days. On day 5 "So sorry; someone else put a deposit down and is coming to pick it up this morning".
