My experience with Sullivan-Parkhill dealership was not ok. The communication was excellent with the internet sales manager, but once transferred to a sales associate, the process went bad. I asked direct, specific questions that were overlooked within the salespersons’ response. After requesting more in-depth information, my questions were still not answered & diverted to simplistic, condescending answers. Worst of all, I was not given accurate, truthful information. I was told by the Sullivan-Parkhill salesman that a missing part was not available to be purchased through MB bit I could check eBay. I called MBUSA and it absolutely IS still available, was quoted the price, and could expect arrival in three days. When I held the salesman responsible for the untruth, there was no apology, no admission of error or lie, only a response that he “was just going by what [he] was told.” Shallow integrity does not impress would-be buyers.
