The salesman, Ronald, was very helpful, professional and friendly. The sales manager, Igor, was a bit off putting. They presented a vehicle that smelled like an ashtray. I almost left when I opened the door. The sales manager tried to provide misinformation about just acquiring vehicle and no time to clean car. But car fax showed vehicle was purchased by dealership more than a month ago. They valued my trade extremely low $214. It was insulting. I drove 95 miles for a disappointing experience.
