During negotiations the GM slipped a $1200.00 “detailing” fee in price that wasn’t originally advertised. But they “increased” my trade in value, all They did was just switch the amounts around. Pay attention to the line items with this guy.

I ended up not moving forward because I couldn’t get my finances right to buy the car I wanted, but I still want to give credit where it’s due. The dealership was extremely responsive and communicative, and they genuinely tried to help make an out-of-state deal smooth. They were transparent, answered all my questions, and shared plenty of photos and details of the CTS-V. Overall, great experience even though I didn’t purchase.
