We were given a quote from Sam's club the dealership would not honor it. Would not negotiate a fair price. He didn't want to take off the things we said we didn't need or want. His attitude was not right he could have made the deal he seem like he just didn't want to work with the customer.

The smart car had motor mount and possible transmission issues so I looked at a Mercedes and a Mazda. I was told it’s a 2016 Mazda 3. Drive off the lot financing and insuring just that. Two days later I’m told that I left with a 2014 Mazda 6, that they can’t do anything to remedy this aside switch paperwork to match the model and same price. So they wanted me to take a 2014 model at the same price as the 2016 or to come take the hatchback version of the Mazda (I specified while looking I do not want an ugly car or a hatchback car) so my options were to give the car back. So my credit has the inquiries from trying to get a car today, I’m out $500 in mechanic charges bc I paid one to come with me, $50 in gas, and lifelong trauma from this. Jordan the manager was so rude, he swore at me, accused me of trying to get a free car when I was the one given the wrong car, do what I want to do, said I have no case, I won’t get sh**, and that I’ll be getting the salesman fired if I report it.

This establishment was a great experience. Got a great offfer for my trade in and the process was great and non time consuming. Ivan and Mike did an awesome job in getting my APR lowered and overall great staff

The sales rep...Patrick Freeman...was outstanding. I am just not sure this vehicle was the right one for me.
