Contacted the dealer in Russell Springs about this vehicle on 10/7 in early afternoon, the sales manager said he will have the vehicle on his lot today and let me know when it arrives to be able to look at it, he didn't say i might be able to have it here, he said, i will, his name is Jordan Godsey, very pleasant man to speak with, can't say enough about him, he is a great asset to the business...

Wonderful team. Worked with Steve, Jessica, Noah, Marcus, and Tre. They were extremely accommodating and made the whole process run very smoothly. I would reccomend you guys give your business to this dealership any day. Wife is already talking about traveling just to get our next vehicle from them.

Staff ( LeBron) was helpful I did not purchase the vehicle The vehicle had a red engine light on They tried to explain it’s for the O2sensor and some other codes The o2 sensor they were willing to replace But for the other codes I would have to take it to Land Rover After catching an early flight and an uber to the dealership they did not even offer me lift back to the airport Overall the staff was good But a waste of my time and money

Dealership lied, said they placed a used Honda hrv exl on hold. Drove an hour and a half to look at and buy the specific car that was placed on hold. Confirmed the morning of again that we would be by to see and purchase the vehicle. 30 minutes before we reached the dealership they texted that they sold the vehicle. Dealership refused to make the situation right. Would not give a deal on the car they had similar to the one that was placed on hold.

Not a good experience at all. Truck in pic is what I needed. Truck on lot was not. Also I filled out the application online and it gave me a manageable payment without a down payment. The lot wanted a large down payment and a higher monthly payment. Seemed to be false advertising to me is all. I’ll never go there for anything else.
