Vehicle was as described nice at a fair price but. Sales person frist only offered less than half the Kelly blue book value of my trade in , then came back with a 60% offer for my trade in vehicle. After some lies about how and why thats the best they can do they came back with a third deal and finally offered me the Kelly blue book low trade in price for my vehicle and acting like I should be happy and thankful for them being fair with offering that for my trade. The following business day they put my trade on there site for more than $3,500 above there frist offer. This was the worst experience I have ever had with sales people at a dealership not even a full tank gas for a thank you for buying from us . If not for them having just the vehicle I had been searching for I would of walked out. If looking for a vehicle I strongly suggests going elsewhere unless you like being held at gun point when spending your money.

Before driving 40 miles asked for a ballpark trade in value on my vehicle. I was asked to submit photos mileage and then number. Did so. Got an email the next day that someone else would contact me. No contact made until a week later. Told them I wasn't interested since the customer service was so poor.

Never answered the questions I asked about the truck. Kept sending emails asking what they could do. I replied to at least 3 of them asking for them to answer the questions. Never happened.

Bad, too many auto replies & did not wish to meet 1/2 way to test drive, truck sold, yet I got yet another auto email as though it were available , seller apologized yet offered no alternative or that she would look hard to locate me another?

Actually purchased the Vehicle from Big M and it was truthfully the best car buying experience that I've ever had. My salesperson Rhonda Whitlock was AWESOME very down to earth and helpful. Steve the manager was very good slso. I got more from my trade than expected and paid only 100$ more on the car i purchased. I was very pleased with Big M and will recommend it to everyone. Also 10$ oil changes for as long as i have the car. Great place good people...

The salesperson couldn't answer any questions about the vehicle and when I wanted to pay cash, they said that would be an EXTRA $1000. That policy is expressed rather awkwardly on the website but the salesperson said that fee had been waived in the past but he couldn't get it done that day. They knew I had come from a long way so they would not negotiate thinking I would give in. Two days later, they dropped the price $600. I got the same truck with a better trim package and 15,000 fewer miles for the same price ELSEWHERE.

We strive to be very transparent in every facet of our business. You did drive a good distance and read our policy online about the $1000 discount before you made the trip. If you did financing through our lenders the discount would of still applied but you have the right to pay cash if you choose to. The fee is waived if our lenders do not approve the loan because the customer gave us the opportunity to obtain there financing. I had been on the internet literally for days, looking for deals, trying to find the best car in my price range. I went to Big M Chevrolet yesterday evening, I was maybe there two minutes (not exaggerating) all of that wasted time and it was suddenly so simple. We walked over a salesman immediately followed to help us. I test drove it & went home with a car the same day. I'm so glad it's over and I love my car. This is my second vehicle I've purchased from Big M. I bought an older Ford Explorer about eight years ago. Keep in mind it was probably a 1990. That vehicle lasted me, then I sold it to a family member and they still have it. Shocking but it runs great. The reason I really went to Big M is I can trust my used vehicle. They have a great mechanical crew. I don't worry about breaking down. I'm very happy this car dealership and Mark Langley my salesman. Thank you for staying late to help me. I appreciate your help. This dealer was great in every way. We walked in and quickly approached by their associates. They took their time in explaining everything (from the tech savvy buttons in the car to the financial settlements). I love my car and doing business with them even made it better!

Dealer never responded to my contact. Not surprising. Several prior reviews rang true for me- simply poor customer service. I saw the vehicle on line and contacted the dealership two hours before making the 75 mile trip. The dealership confirmed the vehicle was on the lot. I headed up only to find out that it was no longer on the lot, been sold TWO weeks prior. Most frustrating part is that it took two salesmen to figure it out. Correction, the first salesman went to lunch and left me waiting. Ten or so minutes later salesman number two approached. We sat down. He located the truck in the website and later discovered that it had been sold. His comment -'the Big M Call Center notorious for that' and then he cited several cases worse than mine. His recommendation-- call the manager to report it. I just left. No sale. Not then. Not ever. Not worth the time spent. Poor poor poor customer service experience.

I contacted this dealership about a truck that was listed for $10k, market value was $11,300. They told me it was available and made an appointment to come in and see it. The day of that appointment the price was raised to $12,995. I was then informed it was sold the day I inquired about it.

I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle at 5pm. We drove 40 miles to the dealer in a thunderstorm. When we got there they had already sold the vehicle and didn't call us and let us know.

Dealer responds within reasonable Time. Does not work on prices at all- which can be understandable at a no haggle dealership- but this dealer sent me multiple emails expressing a desire to make a deal at a lower than usual price then refused to negotiate at all.

The vehicle was overpriced for its condition and the trade in value offered for my vehicle was an insult. The hummer previous owner did not take care of the vehicle and it clearly showed it not only inside but out;damaged body,mechanical issues,pieces missing from the vehicle and just plain filthy. Although the vehicle only had 87,539 miles on it they were hard miles!

Very SLOW response. Was told "lowest price"posted 2 days later received email alert price had been lowered another $500. Did no honor honor advertisement for internet buyers of up to "additional" $1000 allowance. Have had car several months, no wonder.

Said it was sold then came back 2 days later and said it wasn't and raised the price. They tried to convince me I was mistaken on the price over the phone. I sent them a screenshot of the email with the original price and they didn't have an answer for that. Dishonest and pushy, I don't recommend buying from there.

Thank you Philip for your comment. As I explained to you, obviously the post selling a $40,000 vehicle for a $1.00 was an error from a third party source we use and is now corrected. That was a "mock" vehicle used for testing and they had never removed the post. Dealerships simply don't sell brand new $40,000 vehicles for $1.00.

The office owner/manager was a jerk. He was unwilling to help me and communication was like pulling teeth. When he seen he couldn't take advantage of me he was done. I went down the road and got a great deal on another car. That car lot was great!

Outstanding! After I made the decision on which vehicle I wanted, from that point to driving off the lot was about 70 minutes. With their forever warranty and $9.99 oil changes you cannot choose a better dealership. I chose a 2011 Ram Laramie.

Overall experience wasn't great but it was fair didn't want to do business because it appeared to be a bait and switch price the car at a great price and once you inquire jack the price up and now they have your information to call you..
