Claudia was amazingly kind and patient. She gave us as much information as she knew about the vehicle, let us test drive it and said she would get more information on the battery for us after we tried to see about getting it from the vehicle itself with no success. We were on a small time line so we really only had time to test drive the vehicle. We saw other vehicles on the lot that my husband was interested in and we look forward to going back another time when we are fully ready to buy.

Over a while of time there was great difficulty in contact and conversation. Texts, emails and phone attempts took either a week to hear back, or not at all

Staff was very quick to answer inquiry about availability of the car however they were not very responsive via my preferred message medium of text and when we did decide that we were going to conduct a call, we attempted to arrange the call twice, but they did not call in my available window either time and instant called when I was busy

They never called me....
