Dealerships near me (Valliant, OK)

Jenny was so nice and stayed in contact with me. She gave me a great price on the truck they had but it just was not what I really wanted. She tried to find me a truck but didn't find one until after I had purchased one in my home town. I would highly recommend Ed Wallace Ford and next time I'm shopping I will give them another opportunity to find what I'm looking for.

Overall he was polite and professional. Only problem I had was the pics shown of the truck didn't show some of the defects. So a long drive to find out it wasn't as nice as we thought. Still purchased, was just a little dissatisfied.

It was a great experience

Staff was not helpful at all. They took 4 days to make the first attempt at a deal for a new car with a trade in. Not sure why it takes that long. Pricing was not transparent. List price online was $2500 less than what they would actually sell for because of useless add ons. Dealers need to stop that. Value for my trade was $6k less than book value. When the numbers were finally discussed they were very sort or rude about the offer. I would never consider them again.

Courteous, awesome people, great communication! Would definitely consider buying here again as out of state purchase.
