I worked with Tamer from start to finish. He was friendly, open, and very clear about the condition of the car that I was interested in. We discussed using my 2005 XJL as a trade-in. At first, I thought about keeping it (not sure why) and when I changed my mind he was accommodating and redid the paperwork without complaint. I couldn't get to the dealership for several days, because of commitments and offered to provide a deposit and he declined my offer and said the car would be held and available when I was able to get there. TAJ is a nice dealership, with nothing but high end cars. When it came time to do the paperwork, he took his time and made sure that I was comfortable and satisfied with the purchase. It took about 30 minutes once we started the paperwork to completion the transaction. To say the least, this has not been my experience before. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. If you're looking for a nice pre-owned high end auto, this is a man that you want.

They offered to have the truck delivered to me then backed out. then they gave me a 30 day warranty stating that if anything is wrong with the truck they would fix it for free. they didn't honor it . I took it to a chevelot dealership and they found that the air compressor was faulty. I had to pay $800 dollars to get it fixed. when i talked to Vallejo motors they said that they would only reimburse me for half the cost. So i am very upset ,disappointed, and unsatisfied with Vallejo motors.

sales person was rude and unresponsive. i asked for a out the door price, including tax, fees etc. The reply was the advertised price with the comment Now what? When I replied, explaining, I RECIVED NO ANSWER! RUDE AND LAZY!

Raad is the man. Good deals on good cars. I drove an hour to buy a car from him.

11/24/25 John at Bay Area Auto Empire in Benicia was fantastic! He asked questions to find out my needs...tried to match me with the type/year/model/milesge/price car I am looking for. Unfortunately, haven't found the right car yet, but he was really great and really helpful and I will reach out to him again as new cars come through

Overall I had a very good experience. I would recommend anybody to go and buy a car from them.
