The biggest thing is that the price listed on car gurus is NOT the price once you get there. Very misleading. I still did buy the car because I liked it. With that said, I had notified them at least 5 days in advance that I was coming. The car had not been washed. After haggling back and forth he slid me the paper with apr and payment I wanted. I wrote on the paper "wash the car" and handed it back. They must have felt bad because they washed the car and filled the tank with gas. So the experience was kinda mixed. Good and bad.

Was quick to respond to my inquiry if vehicle was available. Had me fill out a credit app, which I did, all the while telling them I didn't have a great credit situation currently. Ran my credit and I never heard from them again. They couldn't even be bothered to laugh at me and my bad credit...just ghosted me.
