Absolutely a waste of time dealing with Maguire Ford. Reached out multiple times inquiring about a new vehicle for sale. Spoke with 2 different sales reps over a 4 day period, neither rep would provide me with the information requested, "I'm working on it and will get right back to you", zero follow thru and zero call backs. Finally called again and got a helpful rep who looked for the vehicle and called promptly back to let me the know the vehicle just sold. Thankfully I didn't waste my time and drive down there. Unprofessional and zero customer service from the sales department. Shop elsewhere.

I am leaving this review mostly on behalf of my parents whom I assisted in purchasing this car. The overall experience was excellent. We had some trouble on our end and they were very good and made it work. After the purchase there was an issue with the brake system and they went above and beyond to make that right. They are a smaller dealer so there's not a lot of options but I would say they're excellent to do business with.

Arrived at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. Although the dealership was scheduled to close in less than 3hrs and I had forgotten the title to my trade, we made the deal and I was able to drive my new car home that day. Fastest process ive ever experienced. My Salesman Daniel was great.
