I am rating 1 star because the dealership refused to engage in a professional sales process for the 2022 Mercedes-Benz E 450 4MATIC Cabriolet. The vehicle was priced above market value, and the dealer added a mandatory $999 fee. When I questioned this fee alongside the HW/transfer charges, the salesperson shut down the conversation with a one-line response and actively refused to let me speak with a manager to make a serious offer. The dealer has a massive profit margin on this car but chose to completely stonewall a ready buyer rather than negotiate reasonably. Unacceptable service.
