Toyota dealerships near me (Venice, FL)

The salesman was extremely considerate and he was interested in what I wanted in a vehicle instead of trying to sale me a vehicle I did not want. Could not be happier with his service.

Its been over a week and i never heard from dealership except from initial email that claimed the car was available. I responded to that email and hadnt heard anything since, which make sme think the car was available and they just wanted me to show up to sell me something else. but who knows since i never got a response.

Dealer advertised low price only to tack on large "paperwork" fee and unnecessary add-ons (a paint coating and door seal???), which all added up to thousands extra, turning a decent deal into a walk-away offer.

Overall, they do a major discount on their cars. However, they quickly make those up with add-ons, fees, taxes, etc. I am not new to car buying. I do understand taxes, registration etc. But they do add on a lot of other fees that are non-negotiable. Things like pre-sales service for almost 2k. Other items that do have a cost, but it seems like they really take advantage of "pre-done" items that are non-negotiable.

Horrible! I was going to come from Mn. Was told they would only hold vehicle if it was fully funded. I started paperwork. Gave them drivers liscense, insurance info and they even pulled my credit! No communication. They only communicated via text from multiple phone numbers. Totally dissatisfied and very unprofessional! I was looking forward to the car and traveling to get it.
