Car had damage (scratches) to the rear fender well that was not shown in photos. The damage could have happened on site or photos were doctored to not show damage. Either way, they addressed my concerns and we worked out a deal.

I recently interacted with Livermore Toyota to get used Car and had a generally positive experience. They proactively reached out to me, provided detailed car information, and even sent us an out-the-door pricing breakdown, which was helpful. However, one area for improvement was the communication process. Multiple salespeople got involved, and it became confusing with overlapping emails. I'd reply to one person, and then another would email me, which made it hard to keep track of conversations. Despite this, the dealer seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products. With a bit more organization and streamlined communication, I believe they could provide an even better experience for customers
