they played a very common ame with me that Ive read on reviews from other dealerships. They called to confirm the car was there and set up an appointment that same morning. I drove an hour there only to find that not only was the agent I set up the appointment with and had been talking to not there, the car was not there either. They said it was sold the day before, when I was talking to the same salesman who said it was there. I had my husband call later that same day just to see whether they would say it was sold, but of course they told him it was indeed there, they checked and he should come on in. I was able to work with another local dealer who was up front and transparent and did not play any games and I bought a highlander off their lot. Like all these dealerships using bait cars to get people in the door, it only creates distrust and disrespects your customers time and ultimately tarnishes their own reputations. They lost my business

I am an out of state buyer. Fernando was very helpful with the initial response and willingness to get me an out the door price. I was contacted by Mr. Hector Sanchez. There was some back and forth, he was very transparent. The caveat to this transaction was I wanted to avoid a hard inquiry on my credit. I was bringing in my own financing, therefore the dealership requires a credit app and inquiry. I decided on a cash transaction. I called back and informed Mr. Sanchez, he then informed me that the dealership policy is, because I am not in the dealership physically, with the cash, and despite a 1000.00 hold I would give to hold the vehicle until Sunday morning, would still require a credit application and inquiry. I truly believe this is an unreasonable policy for a cash buyer. My rating would have been 1 but there was a little integrity in the beginning of the deal.
