Thinks their customers are dumb enough to spend almost $3,000 for a detail, and cheap “ceramic” coating. The just put it on the bill of sale and acted like it was normal. Purchased a vehicle the next day from a Mercedes dealer and they laughed when I asked if they have any extra fees for detail and coating. When I picked it up, the car was spotless and coated for free. Crazy to me that dealerships still try to do this.

Great salesman and smooth process in finance, great experience

I rented a car &drove 6hrs to get a car that these pep sold 45mins b4 I arrived & the car was still there when they closed. I had my own financing &had the car added to my insurance already.They did not have any remorse bout any of my expenses for this rental and drive or the car I wasn’t able 2get!even after all this I still almost bought another car from them & they kept me there til 9:30pm only to say I’d need another grand down.so I went from 1g to 2g to 3GS down.and nothing off price for their mess up with selling the car I had already signed for & came 2get.RUDE!! Inconsiderate!! Overpriced!! Time wasting “used car sells men”!!! Go 2 a different car lot!!! There are 100 back 2back both ways from this lot!!
