Great experience! They were helpful and fast, and made the buying process as simple as possible

They scheduled an appointment with me. Only for me to get there and they couldn't find the car. They did offer to look for other options, I told them I was looking for an SUV/crossover. One option he gave me was a Camery, which is NOT an SUV. The other option he gave me wasn't going to work. So he showed me a vehicle that had just come in. He said it would be cleaned but it was in NO way something that showed have been shown. There was trash everywhere, stains etc. I felt gross just looking at it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was looking at a 2018 tacoma that was a trade in. I was the first to contact about the vehicle more than 2 weeks ago, and contacted several times until today, 7 may, when I was notified by another sales associate that the vehicle was being shown today without my knowledge. As a disabled veteran, who did my due diligence to try and view the vehicle, I feel it very disrespectful to anyone, let alone a Veteran, to be treated as such. I will ensure I notify the BBB as well. Do not go here if you are looking for a vehicle.
