Tried to buy the truck. Agreed on a price then refused to sell it. Very confused with no explanation.

The salesperson was very helpful. I told him that I was just shopping at the present moment that he would keep me informed about the truck that I was looking at.

The salesman that I had, was very helpful. I test rode the vehicle, and was very interested in buying it. The salesman arranged for me to pick up the vehicle and have it inspected at my mechanic, I returned the vehicle to the dealership and made plans to purchase it that afternoon at 5:30. Financing had already been arranged. I received a call at 3:00 from my salesman that someone else was looking at the vehicle and by 4:00 the vehicle had been sold. It was a different salesperson that actually sold the vehicle. I was very disappointed and not pleased to say the least. I would not recommend this dealership.

The salesperson lied about the entire transaction just to get us in the door and kept lying once we were there. He fumbled over his information numerous times to the point I was correcting him with actual facts he had no idea about.
