Not much follow up

Poor communication and poor follow through. I was told from multiple people (Jose, Eddie, and Liam) that I would hear back from them, yet I have heard nothing. A sales manager even reached out via text to ask about my experience and after my reply, no response from them either. Very poor communication skills as a dealership. I do not recommend.

Staff never returned my phone call to test drive vehicle. Vehicle was never on the lot.

From start to finish it was NOT the typical car buying experience. It’s a campus and not a dealership! I inquired about the vehicle by text and was immediately greeted and informed about options moving forward. Had there not been a shortage of staff that day, I believe we would have been done and gone within an hour and a half. These folks know what they are doing and there was no bs back and forth haggling. They were willing to help us get the truck we were there for. We will definitely go back to the Lillard’s!
