This was my first time ever buying a vehicle and I’m so glad that Jesse and all the people at Sam Leman Toyota were the people I worked with today! They were absolutely wonderful and so amazing in helping me get my dream car! They were very transparent with everything and worked out a way to get me the car within my price range & I was so excited when it all was done and over with. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help me in buying a car for the first time ever!

The dealership was very helpful in my car shopping adventure. Did test drive the vehicle and decided to purchase it. Did my research on the car, specs, dealership reviews, and similar cars available, and their price and financing terms were within reason.

We did have an issue originally but the finance team took care of it for me. Very happy with the vehicle.

Patti Kovacs was the sales person. I left on Saturday not sure. I called on Monday and still could not make a decision. I looked at another car at a different dealer. That experience of that person not listening and trying to pressure me made buying from Crown very easy.
