The purchasing experience with O'Brien Toyota could not have been better! As we live over 225 miles from Indy, the negotiation was done via email and telephone. They didn't play the usual games as other dealers we've dealt with do. Dealers closer to home woul not negotiate price below MSRP and stopped communicating after learning we would not pay MSRP...not Obrien. Our salesman, Scotty, is a great guy. He responded promptly, courteously, and professionally. He made the process go smoothly. We could not be happier with our new Highlander and Obrien Toyota. They earned our business and we will buy our next new Toyota from them!

I initially thought I would write a good review, but the sales manager - Andy Sparger - hastily botched a remote sale in progress with his arbitrary terms that were not clear to me or my salesman. The preowned salesman - a really nice guy - and the preowned sales manager had poor and inconsistent communication between themselves and with me for the sale of a car I was in the middle of purchasing, in which I already had money down. Ultimately the sales manager sold it to someone else while they still had my down payment because I could not respond fast enough, in less than 24 hours, to his immediate and unexpected demand for full immediate payment, shared at the literal end of the working day prior. This contradicted what the salesman had initially shared earlier and what he and I had agreed to. The miscommunication between the two employees - including about my times of availability to discuss issues related to my purchase - ultimately ended with them selling my reserved car immediate

I contacted the dealer about the 2007 Nissan and was told that it was still available so I left work early and paid for a ride when I got there I was told that the car had been sent to the auction so it cost me time and money for nothing I will not ever go back to Andy MOORE

This dealership was very responsive at first but after we drove over an hour to test drive the car they weren’t. We had told them we would be out of town for the weekend and when we had a text back said would be in touch on Monday to make offer but car was sold without letting us know someone else was interested to make our offer first. Disappointed
