John was very knowledgeable and made the experience pleasantly memorable. Great test drive course!!! I didn't buy because I am still in the 'what kind of car I want' stage. Test driving is the only way to really know.

Dominique and I spoke and discuss about the car. I said I will call him back to once I have the insurance and loan docs ready. When I called him back, he upped the price by 15k and said the car was sold. Then he proceeded to say the car is actually going to the auction. Then he said he will call me back in an hour because he might be able to get the car back. He never called. That was that. He was upset because i didn’t want to use his loan provider.

The Carfax showed no crash info, the PPI intake showed a checklist of no issues, however, the actual service department forms showed two panels of repairs from a body shop and rear gate realignment. They can’t be trusted in their paperwork. Note: if you see a Mercedes or Porsche from auction at a Cadillac dealer and their paperwork looks perfect on their pre purchase / intake - be very suspicious.

The day of the purchase was longer than expected but not excessive and it was mostly due to others purchasing in front of us. The staff was great and met our needs for sure.

There was no communication from the dealer.

After test driving the car. We began the purchase process. During the process, I was informed that the Car was not available for sale because someone had wired money for the car plus it had to go to the Bentley dealership for a recall issue. I left the dealership very disappointed and perplexed. Because I had a confirmed appointment to view and pursached the car. I have sinced pursached a car and I am very happy with it.
