I inquired about a Mini Countryman hybrid, and the salesman Mark Perry was very responsive. He emailed me with information concerning the car immediately. He went out of the way to help me without pressuring me. Unfortunately the car sold before I could test drive it. I would not hesitate dealing with Universal Mini in the future.

It was my first time buying a car and everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very helpful. Also, the price had gone down on CarGurus between when I sent out my reply and my test drive and they were happy to give me the sale price. Would recommend

I really wish I can give this a five-star rating but I wanted to come in to buy that particular vehicle and the person I spoke to told me that it wasn't safe to drive back down to where I live. He told me that there was some better options and my only options were Prius 2001, BMW X3, or a Mercedes-Benz e 320, he didn't know if it was going to pass smog but asked me if I would like to buy it anyways. I wasn't sure" and he reassured me that it's 'probably just a cheap fix" I should have known better but trusted that I wasn't going to be screwed over. I paid over $2,200. I tried calling up the dealership but they're ignoring my phone calls. So far I fixed all the vacuum leaks on the car and spent over $500 in repairs. I would like to just take it back to the dealership and get my money back. But they're ignoring me.
