Unfortunately I tried for several days to buy this truck. My salesman finally called 8 days after my first attempt to let me know the truck was available. Not blaming Tom anymore but what a poor way to conduct business. Purchased a truck from another dealer in the meantime.

The vehicles here are well priced for what they are, but they have issues. The dealership does try their best to hide this, but it is a hazard of buying a vehicle at this price point. The vehicle that I test drove had a very hard shift, likely due to a mechanical issue in the transmission, and the dealership was very adamant that the issue would go away due to a software re-flash. They also forgot to put a dealer plate in my vehicle when I went for a test drive and when getting a copy of my drivers license, the sales rep just took a picture of it with his personal phone. Similarly, they were not forthcoming with work that was being done on the vehicle unless you pry for it and I do not feel they were telling the full truth about the work and why it was being done. The manager also seemed to be irritated about questions being asked and wanted you to accept the vehicle at face value. In general, they are a shady-ish dealership that just want you in and out
