Dealer called and was push pushy about the vehicle, wouldn't tell me an out the door price, passed my number to another salesman because the original was too busy and never answered my question about the price. All they are concerned with is $$$.

Poor communication and customer service.

I contacted (Steve) for an out of state purchase on a Bronco. We made the deal, agreed on total amount as well as monthly PMT bye way of texting, and was approved by financing Co. The only thing left to do, was wire down PMT. The funds were in the mail per my Ins Co. I also sent copy of PMT from insurance confirming PMT. On Jan 30, 2025.Steve said he had two other people interested in Bronco, however because I was the first person interested in it, as well as sending confirmation of funds forthcoming from INS. Steve/Menholt Ford would wait and hold car for me, (per text) reassuring, that Insurance companies and mail-do take a few days and I had nothing to worry about. Jan 30, 2025 very next morning, I received a text from Steve stating, SORRY, we sold the Bronco this morning. I had made arrangements for car transporters for car delivery, called my Ins Co. Menholt Ford is, UNTRUSTWORTHY, GREEDY as well as their employees.(I have all Documentation) !
