Spoke with a Carlos Gonzalez in regards to a vehicle I was interested in he was very short and sent a link over for me to fill out an application which I did but I never heard anything back from him nor has he responded to any of my text messages not even a follow up call or message; There was no sense of urgency to help me get into a vehicle I’d have to say Streamline Auto customer service is very poor;

They responded promptly. The car sold before we were able to schedule an appointment because we lived a distance from the dealer. When the car sold, they messaged us and asked if there was another car they could assist us with. Impressed with the communication.
