Spoke with a Carlos Gonzalez in regards to a vehicle I was interested in he was very short and sent a link over for me to fill out an application which I did but I never heard anything back from him nor has he responded to any of my text messages not even a follow up call or message; There was no sense of urgency to help me get into a vehicle I’d have to say Streamline Auto customer service is very poor;

Matt and Sophie were easy to work with, quick to respond to questions and patient while we waited for my loan to go through my bank.
