The deal was made through email and text prior to arriving at the dealership. It took 3 hours to finalize the sale once we arrived to pick up the vehicle which is entirely too long considering the negotiations were completed prior.

Ron was quick to respond to any text or emails. I live in Oklahoma, so he sent me all information I asked for quickly. I had an issue with the car the next day, called Ron and got everything figured out and he made sure it was fixed.

Of course, you never know when you go to look at a vehicle what kind of problems, issues tif any, will come up. Had a few small cosmetic issues with the car but AutoNation stepped up and took care of everything. No problems from start to finish. Wasn’t there no more than a few hrs. Our salesman, David Williams was totally the best that we’ve ever came across. Every need was meet, and concerns were few, but taken care of. Finance department was fast and helpful.
