This car was a CPO. I went to the dealership with the intention of buying. The car was as described and beautiful. I drive over 100 miles to look at this car. When I got there, the salesman told me that if I want the CPO certification, it was going to cost me an extra $1,295.00. I have owned CPO’s of the following brands (BMW, Lexus and Acura) and I ndver charged an extra nickel for CPO status. Shame on me if I missed the fine print, but I don’t recall reading anything about having to pay an extra fee for CPO status or being told about this during my pre-visit conversations. I did not buy the car. I bought a CPO from another dealership and I did not pay a fee for my CPO vehicle.

This car was filthy and smelled like a wet dog. The fog lights were missing and just holes in the bumper. The backseat seat belt connection was also missing. The salesman, Nick was very nice and was also surprised by the car’s condition.

Good buying experience! Bought the car a week ago. They were friendly and fair.

We drove to this Dealership and was so surprised of so many Lincoln Navigator to choose from, my wife really like the fact that there was so many to choose from, and the Salemen were so Kind, Helpful and Patient in helping us.

I haven't bought a truck yet but definitely when the time comes I will shop at Orlando lounge
