I purchased a car from Audi North Orlando, it was disaster. The car was not clean, it had damaged that was not disclosed prior to the purchase. The wheels had curb damaged which they attempted to fix as I waited for hours. The sales person was not there on the delivery day nor have I heard back from her to discuss other issues with the car.

BUYER BEWARE...PLEASE READ. North Orlando Audi will NOT stand behind their vehicles nor their subpar service. We purchased a 2017 model car from them last year...they lied to us about doing any service to the car which we found out later that was a lie...the service done by them was so wreckless that it not only voided our car's warranty, but was posed as a hazard on the roadways. The total to have their mistake fixed is just shy of $8,000 which they are refusing to pay.

Great dealership to work with. Non-commissioned sales team means you don't have to deal with high-pressure tactics and other shenanigans. I had a fairly complicated deal involving turning in a leased vehicle, purchasing a pre-owned one, and trading in another vehicle (which I did not have). Even though I am from out of town, they offered to come and get the trade-in vehicle after the fact. This is why this is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from them.

I contacted them through Contact Dealer/Send message part of CarGurus. I had a specific question about the vehicle I was asking. The salesperson responded saying he would be happy to answer any questions I had. Great, how about answering my question that I had asked...I asked again and he did promptly respond with the requested car fax. The vehicle I was interested was out front and ready for me to see upon my arrival. After test driving, we went inside to discuss. Unfortunately they were unwilling to negotiate on the price of the used vehicle and I am surprised they didn't do more, such as trying to beat my finance rate to help get things rolling. However, everything was no-pressure, so that was good. Both the salesperson and the manager were courteous and professional, and it was overall a good experience even though there was no sale.

I did get a response from the dealership, but the dealer did not answer my question about a military discount and unfortunately stated that they will not negotiate on the price of the vehicle which is a shame because im very interested in purchasing the Honda S2000 but still want to negotiate the pricetag.

These folks were great to deal with. Everything from first contact to driving the vehicle off the lot was first class. Very low pressure and very knowledgeable about every part of the process. Helped us secure financing right out of bankruptcy with an interest rate much lower than we anticipated. All of their used cars are top of the line trade-ins - they send anything less to their other dealerships and it shows in their inventory. Please be aware that they do charge a $799 dealer fee on top of tax, tag & title. However, after going through the experience, its worth to not have to deal with shady car salespeople.

Arogant manager. Generic reply to email and didn't answer specific questions asked. This dealership will drop the price on vehicle every couple weeks it doesn't sell, but refuses to negotiate. Response to email was "better hurry, lots of people looking at it now!" Very condescending. Purchased elsewhere. Vehicle still sitting on their lot. They can keep it.

my experience was okay the sales guy really did not want to work with the price and did not care to even try so we turned down the car and went to another dealership and got the same car but newer at the price we wanted and gave them the cashier check for the full amount.

The add says estimated payment $of 419, they quoted me a price of $579. Tried to get to a midpoint but even though my credit is 719. I have not heard from them after a couple of calls. I guess it's tax season. I understand I wanted a extended warranty, but $579 for 72 months is $41,688. Did not make sense to me for a $23,000 vehicle.

They are awesome! I love my new car,The whole process from beginning to end went quickly and smoothly. We traveled up from Melbourne and found the experience here to be refreshingly different then other dealerships. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I definitely would recommend this dealer to my friends :)

Great dealership, but I was advised that the car was going to be set aside for me and it was sold. I was not advised of this and I was obtaining everything for the car to be picked up including insurance which luckily I was able to cancel. That's why I rated two stars the lack of communication and willingness to help wasn't there.

after seeing the car kept getting calls from different sellers at Audi asking when I can come by, need to talk to each other so everyone knows when a car has been looked at! makes Audi look like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing?

Worst car buying experience ever. Was first told the car was there and to come for a test drive. Brought my mechanic all the way from downtown orlando to find that the car wasn't even there after they drove us around the parking lot for 20 minutes and then wait in car for another 15 minutes. They weren't even apologetic. I called or emailed almost everyday checking the status. Each time was a different time estimate. It was obvious that Joe the salesperson couldn't have cared less; he said he would let me know when the car came in. I called again after no response from them to tell me it was already sold. Bought another a7 the next day and love it. If you'd like to be treated with respect, don't go to audi north, and especially to salesperson Joe.

This dealership was great on accommodating my needs. My financial advisor advised me at the last minute to hold off due to purchasing a home. I will soon be back on the market and will be in contact with this dealership to get another Audi Q7

I was giving a price through email went to purchase the car and was told the price giving was wrong and they could not honor the price which was a 700 difference! The reason they didn't honor the price was because there was another family who also wanted to purchase the car! Terrible experience I will never purchase a car at that dealership thanks to Tony the dealerships CPO who said he couldn't help.Tony thanks for nothing:)

The Delaership was beyond horrible working with out of state buyers they made all these promise which not one came true the car I bought was awesome but the service and customer survive was beyond horrible for buying roughly a 50,000 vehicle the GM responded with a nice email but it doesn't change our experience with both Orlando Audi

The car that was listed had already been sold despite two emails stating otherwise. I called three different times to the used car sales person that contacted me with no response. Finally I did receive an email stating that the car was sold, but she would be happy to show me other cars....frustrating

Terrible, agreed to buy a car thru their listing at their price. Provided all information they requested, had vehice inspected, agreed to purchase it, and while waiting for them to write a bill of sale the vehicle was sold to someone else. Dont waste your time looking at any of their listings.
