It was a little disappointing- I held off a day going to the dealership because they told me the car would be going through the shop to see what it needed. When I checked the morning I was going, someone came in with cash and scooped it up. Not the dealer's issue, someone comes in with cash and a hot hand you make the deal. I get it.

We usually dread buying a new car. This dealership made it efficient, transparent, and we drove away in 2 hours including trade in, financing and buying new car. Great team!!

At first the dealer said the price on Cargurus was wrong and the actual price was over $1000 higher. When I pointed out that the description on their own website included the same price as shown on Cargurus they agreed to “honor it.” I scheduled an appointment and they called two hours before to say that there was an issue with the car so I couldn’t see it. They said they needed to take the listing down and repair the car, but the listing never changed. Wouldn’t buy a car from them.

Matthew and the Rafferty team were exceptional. I live in PA and bought this awesome Accord sight unseen and Matthew took videos for me and reassured me of my purchase. He coordinated the car transporting to me in 2 days. I would not hesitate to buy my next car at Rafferty even though I live 6 hours away!
