They should get rid of their AI messaging, AI told me that living in Maine was no problem and they could schedule a virtual inspection of my trade in, the salesperson informed me they do not take out of state trade ins unless you bring it in (but they can ship cars nationwide????). Do not recommend based off of my experience.

After several weeks of going back and forth with the staff in an effort to get clarification regarding the quote, I unfortunately never received the information I was requesting. I'm extremely disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of communication. In my experience, this has been one of the poorest examples of customer service I've encountered. I had genuine interest in moving forward, but the lack of follow-through made the process unnecessarily frustrating and ultimately caused me to reconsider doing business with your company.

The girls were beautiful 🙂 and thank you for working with me I’m very satisfied I love the vehicle
