Did not appreciate My experience at town east ford, specially pablo being pushy trying to force me to put $4,000 as a down payment. I walked out mid negotiation process as I saw the deal wasn't going in a good direction. I was able to get My brother to co- sign for Me and once I left they started singing a different tune, sent me a text saying they got me approved for $1,500 down payment, $750 a month for 5 years, mind you the numbers said it was 28k in total. I was really looking at 45k with interests. Kinda crazy they could even throw a number out there like that for a used Honda. I took about 15 minutes to answer to the last offer. Pablo sent a message saying "assume you're not doing the deal"? I took few moments to think it through and decided Yes I would do it. Replied to Him and said "I am going through with it" to which He replies "sorry the car just sold" lol really? You cant make this stuff up! Terrible terrible smh, dont forget GOD dont like ugly! Do better

The sales rep was very helpful. The Finance Department did not take up too much of my time. The vehice ws in very good condition. Sales rep M. Lester was very helpful.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Clay Cooley Cadillac. I scheduled an appointment to see a 2025 Cadillac CT5 and confirmed everything ahead of time, only to drive 50 miles to the dealership and be told the vehicle had already been sold. There was no courtesy call, text, or email to let me know it was no longer available before I made the trip. It feels like a complete disregard for a customer’s time and effort. Driving that far for nothing is unacceptable, especially when an appointment was confirmed. This experience showed a clear lack of communication and professionalism. If you’re considering this dealership, I would strongly recommend calling multiple times and getting written confirmation before making any kind of trip—otherwise, you may end up wasting your time like I did. Very disappointing customer service.

Very responsive. I purchased the Jaguar because of their punctuality and knowledge of the process. Luis is solid !

Staff was awesome! I was helped by Teresa and Lynell, they were both really helpful. The buying process was super simple, they don’t do a whole bunch of dealer add ons like some places. I was at the dealership for a total of 2 hours between test driving and doing all the paperwork. I had my own financing and they made it easy there too.

They helped me, unfortunately it wasn't what I was looking for and they went above and beyond to keep me up to date on a vehicle that better suits my needs. They never tried to up sale me like other big name dealerships I have been to.
