The dealer refused to answer any questions regarding other fees not inclided in the out the door pricing unless I came into the dealership. Huge red flag here, seems deceptive marketing

Works with you and actually has a conversation. They know there is no gold plated parts in the vehicle.

Lulu,advised me about the car in professional well informed matter.However,this dealership add on fee,s are ridiculous and don't show the true cost of the car.

Reached out to dealer about vehicle I was interested in and Nicholas Samuels did not allow me to pay $1,000.00 for vehicle to be held. Car was sold 2 days later. I provided lots of information for this experience to be a bad one. I don’t recommend patronizing this dealership.

They did email me back very quickly. I went with a Volvo cx40 from CT instead .

I am very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I came to see a vehicle that was advertised on CarGurus for about $17,000. The listing clearly stated that the price was not contingent on financing or payment method. When I arrived, I was not even allowed to take a test drive. What surprised me the most was that I was told if I chose financing, the price of the vehicle would increase by almost $7,000, making the total around $24,000. There was no information anywhere on the listing stating that the price would change if financing was used. This made me feel like customers are being misled by advertising a lower price online and then changing the terms at the dealership. I expected transparency and honesty but instead had a very negative experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for clear and honest car buying conditions.
