This vehicle is not even there. After speaking with 3 different people and driving 2 hrs to see it, I find out that they do not even have that vehicle available. One of the guys I spoke to the morning that I was coming to see the vehicle even told me how nice it was. I was after I actually got down there that I was told that this vehicle it is not actually even in their inventory......

Rushed through paperwork and extra fees were added and not explained. Ended up paying too much, more than originally discussed. I’m almost 70 and feel embarrassed that I bought a car from them, I’m now officially a sucker!

This dealership contacted me immediately and I was able to schedule an appointment. They called me the day of to inform me that the car was still available and that they would be waiting for me at the appointed time. Upon arrival they were able to meet with me immediately and everything went very smooth. They had the car ready and parked out front to go on an immediate test drive. They took my car keys to evaluate my trade in during the same time. When we got back they had pricing for my trade in as well as all the taxes and fees ready. The entire process was smooth.
