Subaru dealerships near me (San Francisco, CA)

Called on a Sunday night and spoke with Otis in sales to schedule to come see the car on Monday morning. Took time off work to do this. Made sure car was still avail which I was told numerous times it was. Got all these confirmation emails Sunday about it. Monday morning I drive there and just before I get there they send me a generic email saying the car is no longer available. I call Otis and he says, “Ya the car was sold”. I ask how thats possible when I just spoke with him before closing last night? He says, “Ya it happens cars not available”. I said I took time off work to come here and I am already in Colma. No response. Very poor customer service and horrible attitude with serious cash buyer. Car ad is still up on CarGurus even though its been “sold” for the past week. Take business elsewhere.

Hi, Fast response, but not what I am looking forward out of my price range.

The young salesman, Phuong Pham, was first rate. He walked my wife and I through the special features of the car. That was helpful because we are both over 75 and not up to speed with current electronics, He made sure we were comfortable with all the paperwork. He is pleasant, genuinely helpful young man. I have never had a better salesman. The car was the one we in Marin Subaru's add and was exactly as described.

Great customer service…fast, clear communication and delivery. Fantastic experience, I would definitely buy from them again.

Bin Zhang did a great job

Not great at communicating. Talked to someone on the phone, said I was interested but the soonest I could be there was after work, said it'd be fine just let him know. I text to say I was on my way and was told they just sold the car to someone else. It was extremely frustrating!
