Staff was extremely attentive. The process was a bit slow. We also have to replace all 4 tires since it is an AWD and they put 2 new ones on that we don't have any use for.

I reached out after finding a vehicle my family wanted to see and maybe purchase. I reached out made an appointment at 4:50pm for the next morning as the drive was an hour and a half away. Left early morning to make our appointment right when they open. Drove me and my family all the way there for them to tell me that they sold the car right after I made the appointment. They didn't even call to say they sold the car. Stay away. They bait and switch.

Good communication

Disappointed in my experience at Putnam Subaru. The price that was on the website was $5,999.00 they quoted me over 6,000.00. The manager was rude and did not sell me the car due to the price. I was told by the sales person that the manager will not finance the car to me due to the price being to low. Very disappointed in my experience at Putnam Subaru.

Bought a 2024 Kia EV6 Wind RWD (dark gray metallic) from Subaru of Hayward and I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience. My wife and I were there for hours negotiating, and they worked with us every step of the way to get us an incredible deal. They gave us around $2,000 for our trade-in, which was more than fair, and brought the monthly payment down to something we were genuinely comfortable with. The car was exactly as advertised and the staff was patient and straight with us through the whole process. If you're looking for a dealership that actually puts in the work to earn your business, this is the one. Highly recommend.

The salesperson was not very personable or helpful at explaining the features or history of the car.

Very communicative. Cesar responded promptly to my questions and even voluntarily updated me daily on car availability as we were coming from quite a distance away. Our salesperson, Cherry, did a great job assisting us upon our arrival, getting us connected for test drives and then handling the paperwork for our purchase. Pricing on the car was very competitive. I would recommend this dealer.

The staff were really helpful and respectful when we got there. We did spend some time there, but the staff were really working hard to get us a good deal on the car. They were very transparent with everything and we eventually purchased the car we went in to buy. The car was just as described. There were a few things that we noticed on the car that we couldn’t see through the picture, but they were able to help us with that. We recently purchased the car from them and if all goes well, we will be coming back to purchase more cars.
