Made the initial appointment with Brian but he had Nathan take care of me. Nathan was very nice and helpful. He test drove the car with me and we had a thorough discussion about the car and its options. I purchased the car. My trade-in car was too old to get any value for it, so he gave me the option of donating it to charity. The charity also was able to pick it up from the dealership so I did not have to find a ride to pick up my new used car.

We made arrangements to test drive a 2023 Subaru Ascent Onyx Limited and to have our car evaluated for trade in purposes. We called to confirm and made the trip to Acton. Upon arrival we were told the car had sold TWO DAYS prior. TWO DAYS -- very disappointed and will not do business with them.
