This is the FIRST time that the process seemed completely on my terms. Everyone I interacted with was open, communicative, and was eager to assist however they could. I tend to be a bit more through than the average person because I need to know all the info up front. They were more than willing to comply and provide all the details I needed to feel comfortable to proceed. They worked with me on pricing and not once did they try to force a warranty, dealer markup, or hidden fee. The sale price was the sale price. I will definitely return for future car needs.
