The salesmen I worked with (Deanta and Joe) were great to work with. They sent pics and videos. Very helpful and fast in responding. Test drive went good. Everything went smoothly until we settled on a price and needed to get the finance department involved. Then things just froze in time. It took over 2 hours to get the paperwork finished. I paid cash. What could possibly take over 2 hours for the paperwork to buy/sell a used truck. Come on guys - 2 hours to sign paperwork and get me on my way is ridiculous! Stupid long wait. They should have bought me lunch or something. I wasted half of a Saturday. Not cool!
