First of all they came to my home to pick me up ( Salesperson Abraham Brown). I was assisted and shown all my options in a very relaxing and environment. No pressure. Once I purchased my car it was cleaned again and the paperwork was completed for my loan. This took some time but there was a nice area to relax and coffee and bottled water available. Excellent customer service department and personal service. The salesperson also understood my concerns and made sure I got home safely . He was dropped off my car afer a treatment was done a couple days later. A++
