Subaru dealerships near me (Baltimore, MD)

This was the worst experience ever. First, I drove 3 hours just to realize that Cadillac it's had water damage to the roof of the car from leave in sunroof/moonroof. The dealership said they had multiple offers but yet, it was still there. Not only that they don't show you the imperfections in pictures online. Yes, the car rode smooth but you could tell it had some age. Also, it had a mildew smell as soon as I opened the door. What a waste of time, gas, and tolls. Will I recommend buyers to this dealership after what I encountered, absolutely not!! Buy at your own risk!

Overall great experience. I had to call back to see if I was approved which I almost didn’t bc I didn’t hear back, car wash was offered but it would be about a hr wait. fast getting you in and out respectfully!

Favorite experience buying a car I’ve ever had. Full transparency, very helpful, zero upsell pressure, and realistic discussion of car options and coverages. Was an out of state buyer and they made things very easy for me. Muhammad as the sales consultant and Lisa in finance were exceptionally prompt, friendly, and helpful. Would buy every car I could from them if possible. 10/10.
